BUILDING PADS. Civil grading and drainage, pond excavation, earthwork quantities. Used earthwork equipment including blades, loaders, and trucking transportation. Prepare the building pads. Provided blue tops for final elevations for drainage structures to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
CONCRETE: Provided locations and stakes for spot footings, framed forms, installed anchor bolts, and installed bearing plates per elevations shown in engineering plans. Mr. Roldan verified all concrete placement operations complied with OSHA safety standards. Coordinated subcontractors for carpentry, roofing, HVAC, mechanical/electrical and landscaping.
